At Tangaroa Clothing Store, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. That's why we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply email us at info@tangaroaclothing.com to request a return form. Once we receive the form and happy on our side we will then proceed with the refund. We will then have the customer courier back (customers expense) the items which is unworn and in its original packaging. Once we receive the return package will will access and proceed with the full refund of the Original Purchase total price(excluding Courier charges).

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Tangaroa Clothing try our very best to dispatch in stock items within 24 hours however we may take up to 1-3working days before it is dispatched from our premises.

 

SALES RETURNS

NO RETURNS & EXCHANGES on Clearance Items:

Domestic orders - New Zealand

  • All domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-4 working days from the time of dispatch, however please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive. 

International orders - Rest of the World

  • All international orders are sent via NZ POST and we expect delivery within 10-14working days from the time of dispatch.

RETURNS

  • Only full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return:

  • Product items ordered does not match received items.

  • Product items are faulty.

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • There is no handling fee for returns due to faulty or wrong items sent.

  • There is a handling fee of $5 for all exchanges which will be charged to the customer before order is sent.

  • Exchanges are to same or lesser value of item.

  • Couriers charges to and from regarding Exchanges will be to the expense of the customer.

  • Courier chargers for returns due to Faulty or any other issue regarding items will be reimbursed to customer  from Tangaroa clothing.

 

To complete your return, please submit your return request through emailing our support at info@tangaroaclothing.com. You'll need your order number and contact details handy. You will need a Order Return Number from our support team to process your order return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-5 working days.
